Terms of use

These terms govern use of the أكاديمية عدنان للتايكواندو management system.

Accounts
Accounts are created by the center's administration only; there is no self-registration. An account is personal: do not share your username or password, and do not use a colleague's account. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

Permitted use
The system is for the center's business only: student registration, attendance, subscriptions and payments, belt tests, and stock. Any other use — copying student records or parents' phone numbers out of the system, or using them for personal or marketing purposes — is a breach and will end your access.

Student data
Most students are minors. Treat their records and photographs as a trust: do not photograph screens containing personal data, do not send it through messaging apps, and do not leave it displayed on an unattended device.

Permissions and branches
What you can see is defined by your role and your branch. Attempting to reach another branch's data, or a screen you were not granted, is a breach even where it is technically possible.

Accuracy
Whoever enters data is responsible for it being correct. Invoices and financial records are the center's official records; do not alter or delete them without the administration's approval.

Availability
The system runs over the internet and may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside the center's control. The administration may change the system or these terms; changes are published on this page.

Ending access
Accounts are closed when employment with the center ends, or on breach of these terms.
