Privacy policy

This policy explains what the أكاديمية عدنان للتايكواندو management system collects, why, and how it is kept.

Who uses the system
This is an internal administrative tool used by center staff and coaches. Students and parents are not users of the system, but their information is stored in it.

What we collect
• Student details: full name, date of birth, gender, national ID, address, weight and height, personal photo, belt and age category.
• Parent details: name, relationship, and phone numbers.
• Operational records: attendance, subscriptions, payments and invoices, belt tests, and uploaded documents.
• User accounts: username, full name, email if provided, and last sign-in time.

Why we collect it
To run the center: registering students, tracking attendance, collecting subscriptions and issuing invoices, organising belt tests, and contacting a parent when needed. The data is never used for marketing, and is not sold or shared with any third party.

Children's data
Most students are minors. Their information is collected with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian at registration. No account is created for a child, and no information is requested from a child directly.

Storage and protection
Data is held on the center's own server and transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be recovered. Access is limited by role and by branch: each member of staff sees only their own branch and only the screens they have been granted.

Retention
Student records are kept for the duration of the subscription and afterwards as required for financial records, then deleted on request.

Parent rights
A parent or guardian may view their child's record, correct it, or ask for it — including the photo — to be deleted. Requests are made directly to the center's administration and are acted on within a reasonable time, keeping only the minimum financial records the law requires.
